I pioneered and influenced the adoption of BPM at GE. As a VP for BPM at Software AG, I was an evangelist and consultant for BPM, speaking at over 40 conferences, numerous webinars, blogs, and articles. I led BPM Masterclasses in 20 countries. I provided consultative advice on standing up BPM centers of excellence.

I wrote two books on BPM: The Power of Process: Unleashing the Source of Competitive Advantage (PoP) and BPM Basics for Dummies. PoP is a business novel in the style of Eliyahu Goldratt's classic, The Goal. It is used as a reading text in several MBA and EMBA programs worldwide.

BPM Basics for Dummies, a corporate-branded Wiley book, was translated into French, German, Spanish, and Japanese. Over 40,000 copies in 70 countries!
