This is an informal but curated community of individuals and companies involved with formal recruiting. Members may not have opted into this community, may not be registered users, and may not even know they are included here.

We put together this gateway to track the professionalism of recruiters and to recommend those who adhere to superior standards of professionalism. This 'ranking' of recruiters is a social effort. Only registered users will be allowed to rate the nodes, post comments, reply to comments, and rate comments.

We will make a sincere effort to ensure that users too follow standards of courtesy, decency, and professionalism as they rate and comment, but we cannot guarantee we will catch all transgressions and we are not responsible or liable for any adverse comments or slander.

We request registered users to rate and post comments using the highest standards of professionalism and legality, keeping in mind that:

(a) We track all activity and store auditable records which will be kept private except when disclosure is required by law.

(b) The individuals and companies that you rate and post comments about are professionals and businesses that depend on their good reputation; therefore, they deserve your respect, your objectivity, constructive ratings, comments, and feedback.

(c) You (as a registered user) are subject to the terms and conditions (or "terms of use") that you agreed to during the registration process.

We will disable or block users who we feel have violated professional ethics. The decision of iKnowCentral management will be final.
